I still have a copy of this amazing game with the blue cover and the add on with red cover. I was amazed at the scale of the game back then, I played it till it was mastered.

Im a huge fan of those game as well. I totally agree after 4 the franchise went down hill, thats after 4, once a games peaked the only way left to go is down. game was ahead of its time, I think some people missed it because they didnt have gamecube.

Agreed, I remember playing Destiny nightfall with 2 randoms a grown up like myself and a kid, we got to the end and died, the so call "grown up" went into an absolutely crazy rage with the kid, blaming him for our loss. I told him not to blame the kid. And that the kid was more mature, and a better player which is true, then I said I hope you dont have or will ever kids. As I feel sorry for them. I was so disgusted with this guys reaction I stopped chatting as much.
Yeah definitely, but gaming as a job can be a bit tedious at times but always fun. For Most other jobs I can't say the same. ;-)

They thought that making the game more casual they could up the player count, sometimes I wish I was in the conference room when these devs do there pitch, here's the plan, take out all the good stuff about the last game that our current players love, yeah you know the ones who got us to where we are right now, so we can market this one to the casual crowd, they are called casual for a reason they wont put in hundreds of hours to get the God roll guns they want. Bungie and activison ...
They changed the grind, in destiny you had to grind for loot, you got nothing for nothing, in destiny 2 you log in and get loot. It took me a while to realise I prefered to grind for it, no random weapon rolls, the weapon slot changes. Shame its the same as ea games, there is no heart or passion in there its like colour by numbers as someone said in another post.
As much as I love rainbow, I would like to see what a sequel would look like.
